Program Studi Hukum Program Magister Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang merupakan Program Studi Hukum S2 pertama di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Program Studi ini didirikan pada tanggal 28 Juni 2006 berdasarkan keputusan Menteri Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi Nomor: 2300\/D\/T\/2006. Program Studi Hukum Program Magister UM Palembang sudah terakreditasi B sejak 2015 dengan SK BAN-PT No: 774\/\/SK\/BAN-PT\/Akred\/M\/VII\/2015.<\/p>\n

Perkuliahan di ruang kuliah didukung oleh perpustakaan dengan koleksi buku yang lengkap dan memadai, diskusi, tugas, kuliah, seminar, lokakarya, studi banding, TOEFL 450, penelitian dan penulisan tesis sebagai tugas akhir dilakukan. oleh dosen yang telah memenuhi jabatan akademik untuk mengajar Program Studi Hukum Program Magister Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Prodi Hukum Program Magister Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang menerapkan sistem perkuliahan media Zoom online dan offline.
Program Studi Hukum Program Magister Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang memberikan solusi dengan menyiapkan tenaga ahli yang benar-benar mampu bersaing dalam menghadapi industri 4.0 dan pasar bebas. Kemampuan bersaing ini didasarkan pada kecemerlangan penelitian serta nilai praktis. Aturan hukum harus dihormati untuk menyelesaikan krisis sosial, ekonomi, dan pemerintahan dengan cepat melalui dedikasi pada sains dan prinsip-prinsip sosial universal.<\/span><\/p>\n
